Refund and Returns Policy

We are here to help.

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it easy.

Our return window is 14 days from the date of when product was received. After 14 days, we’re not able to offer a full refund or exchange.

To return an item, it needs to be unused, in the same condition you received it, and still in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we’ve had a chance to look it over, we’ll send you an email to let you know it’s been received and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If everything looks good, we’ll process your refund and send it back to your original method of payment. Timing can vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Exchanges

If something arrives damaged or defective, we’ll ask for a photo of the damaged product along with shipping box within 5 days of the receipt of the product. Just send us an email at info@mangopaintinc.com and we’ll happily replace it with the same item.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Shipping times can vary depending on where you live.

If Your Refund Seems Slow

If your refund hasn’t shown up yet, here are a few things to try:

  1. Take another peek at your bank account.
  2. Check with your credit card company—sometimes refunds take a little while to post.
  3. Touch base with your bank, as processing times can vary.
